Service Description
Designed exclusively for professional photographers, this rental includes private access to the Cottage photography space at Wild Juniper Ranch. Your rental includes: • Styled Christmas Cottage interior • Seasonal front porch installation • Use of available furniture, antiques + photography props • Access to the immediate area surrounding the Cottage • Up to 3 vehicles Please note: Your reserved booking time includes all client arrival, photography, setup and cleanup time. Please do not arrive early, and the Cottage must be cleared by the end of your reservation. A private 15-minute reset period is scheduled between bookings. Seasonal styling may evolve slightly throughout the season. Additional rental policies, property guidelines and arrival information are provided with booking. Alpaca Paddock photography is not included and may be added separately, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required to reserve your rental. Rentals are for professional photographers and apply only to the location, date, time and duration booked. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Photography rentals are refundable up to 14 days prior to booking. WEATHER If weather makes an outdoor location unsafe or unusable, Wild Juniper Ranch will offer a reschedule. Weather-related rescheduling is at the Ranch’s discretion and does not constitute a cash refund. RENTAL TIME Your reserved time includes setup, photography and cleanup. Please arrive at your scheduled start time. Early access is not guaranteed and late arrival does not extend your reservation. Photographer, clients, equipment and belongings must be completely cleared by the scheduled end time. FURNITURE, PROPS & INSTALLATIONS Large furniture, installations and major styling elements may not be moved. Smaller designated props may be carefully repositioned and must be returned to their original location before departure. Please do not remove items from one photography location for use at another without permission. Seasonal styling and individual props may change throughout the season. OUTSIDE PROPS & DECOR Photographers are welcome to bring small, freestanding props that do not damage or alter the property. No glitter, confetti, fake snow, silly string, smoke bombs, powders, paint, open flames, candles or other difficult-to-remove materials are permitted. Nothing may be nailed, screwed, stapled, taped or permanently attached to structures, furniture, trees or fencing. FOOD, DRINK & ALCOHOL No alcohol is permitted during photography rentals. Food should not be used as a photography prop or served to clients without prior approval. Please remove all trash and personal items when leaving. PROPERTY CARE Photographers are responsible for their clients and for any damage caused by their party, equipment or outside props. Please leave each location as you found it. CLIENTS, CHILDREN & PARKING Children must remain under direct adult supervision. Guests must remain within designated photography areas. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles per reserved location at one time. Mini-session photographers must stagger clients so arriving and departing parties do not create parking overlap. RANCH & ANIMALS The property is a private working ranch with animals, wildlife, insects, vegetation and uneven terrain. Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions. Do not enter animal areas!
